Zinc Oxide Cream for Dogs and Cats is a slow-release zinc ion and is a zinc oxide inert mineral that is used externally for the treatment of a variety of skin conditions in dogs and cats, including dermatitis, eczema, ulcers, itching, pustules, soreness, pimples, mites, fungal infections, and sterile and moist wounds and fights a wide range of bacteria.

• Zinc oxide exhibits anti-inflammatory properties, which can help reduce redness, swelling, and itching in dogs. 

• Zinc oxide acts as an astringent, it helps to dry out the affected area, which can promote healing.

• When the ointment comes into contact with the damaged surface albuminates are formed and there is denaturation of proteins, which reduces exudation, which leads to the elimination of inflammation, and accelerates wound healing.

• Zinc oxide can have a soothing effect on irritated skin.

How to use

1) Gently clean the affected area.

2) Apply a thin layer of the ointment to the damaged area twice daily until desired results are achieved.
